weekend tarts

there is nothing i like more than a good tart on sunday.

rhubarb is delicious. raspberry equally so.
or at a pinch, pear would do.
but my all time favourite would have to be quince.
so when i spied some glorious green-yellow quinces at the grocers yesterday,
i had to turn them into tarts.
