it’s my favourite part of a japanese meal.
but for me one small bowl is never enough
and by itself certainly not substantial enough for dinner.
last night it was cold though, and only miso would do.
so i made a great big pot –
i added udon noodles, seaweed and bok choy too,
some beautiful little enoki mushrooms and bright green shallots.
ah miso, how i do adore you.
