strawberry fields

i had salad for dinner.

i decided i better have strawberry tarts for dessert.
so i whipped these up.

i had some left over tart shells filled with frangipane,
so the whipping up was rather more like assembling-
but topped with fresh strawberries and glazed with quince jelly,
they looked pretty cute.

served with melty vanilla icecream they tasted pretty great too.
